• E-raffle Draw Eligibility: To enter into the electronic draws, simply ‘Send Money’ (remittance transactions) from any LuLu Exchange outlets or via LuLu Money app
• Eligible transactions: All ‘send money’ transactions from any LuLu Exchange outlets or via LuLu Money app. (Bank to Bank & other money products)
• Winning Pattern: Minimum 1 Send Money(remittance) transaction in a week will be eligible for weekly draws and minimum 3 Send Money (remittance) transactions in the promotion period will be eligible for the grand prizes.
• Participating branches: All branches in the United Arab Emirates (except Airport Terminal 1 branch)
• All corporate and cancelled transactions are excluded from the draws.

• LuLu International Exchange reserves the right to request proof of identity and the original receipt of the winning transaction from the winners, at the time of claiming the prizes.
• All prizes must be claimed before the 15th of February 2021.
• The prize winners will be officially contacted by authorized staff of LuLu International Exchange, using the customer information provided on their transaction receipt.
• LuLu International Exchange strongly advises customers to keep their contact information updated.
• LuLu International Exchange will never ask customers their personal identification numbers, bank account details and other important documents or request the winners to pay any charges for claiming the prizes.
• Unless and otherwise advised each winner agrees that upon entering the promotion, LuLu International Exchange may use their information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, without any further reference, payment or other compensation.
